This year, Impact Day evolves into Moments of Impact: dedicated sessions spread throughout the Econometric Career Days that connect you with organisations actively driving positive societal and environmental change. Each participating organisation works on a clear societal or environmental theme through its product or service, measures and reports on its results, and has that commitment reflected in how it is structured and run. During these sessions, you'll discover how econometric skills can be used to tackle real challenges in areas such as healthcare, public finance and the responsible use of data and AI. It's the perfect opportunity to combine career exploration with meaningful impact, so make sure to sign up!
Clever Republic
Clever Republic is a niche consultancy that turns Data Governance and Data Management into real business value for large, recognised brands across multiple industries. They connect the dots between strategy, data, people, processes, policy and technology, helping organisations use data and AI reliably, responsibly and with measurable impact. In their interactive LEGO case, you'll work in teams to build an AI Governance strategy for a fictional telecom company, and a LEGO model along the way. The case is open to all students. Please note that Clever Republic only hires Dutch-speaking students.
Gupta Strategists
Gupta Strategists is a boutique strategy consultancy working exclusively on healthcare, from hospitals and elderly care to insurers and government. Every project is judged by one question: does it demonstrably make healthcare better, more accessible, more affordable or of higher quality? Doctors, pharmacists and econometricians turn messy healthcare data into decisions that make care better and greener. In their case, you'll help a loss-making Polish health insurer find its way back to profitability, even as its number of members keeps growing. Please note: Gupta Strategists' case at the ECD is open to Dutch-speaking students only.

The Dutch Ministry of Finance is about more than numbers and money; it's about people and the things we all rely on. With around 3,000 employees, the Ministry shapes the financial foundations of Dutch society every day. For analytical minds, it offers the chance to turn quantitative insight into policy that affects millions of people.
