Consultancy dinner

Are you interested in working in the consultancy sector? Then join the consultancy dinner of the ECD! During this free three course dinner at Fjord Eat & Drink you get the chance to talk to three major consultancy companies. You will be able to ask the employers all the questions you have about their work and their company.

The dinner consists of three courses, and for each course, you should indicate your food preferences through the website when subscribing at the latest October 31st.  The choices can be found in the menu below. If you do not make a choice, you will be served the vegetarian option.

This event will be in English and is open for Ba3 and higher. The selection for this event will be based on CV.

 

Appetizers:

- Cold smoked salmon with furikaki wonton, dill mousse, dill sprigs, dill powder, Amsterdam onions, and lemon caviar.  
- Smoked duck breast with scallion emulsion, sweet-sour radish, crispy onions, macadamia crumble, and tahoon cress.  
- Braised salsify with lemon mousse, bay leaf filo pastry, hazelnut sponge cake, and scallion crisp.  

Main Courses:

- Pan-fried sea bass with zucchini cream, zucchini rolls, vadouvan risotto, lime filo pastry, and lime beurre blanc.  
- Beef steak with pommes Anna, celery root cream, knol sauce, string bean spaghetti, and celery chips.  
- Vegan scallop (king oyster) with onion compote, eggplant cream, sautéed oyster mushrooms, mushroom brique, and affila cress.  

Desserts:

- Blackberry mousse with fresh blackberry yogurt sorbet, honey sponge cake, white chocolate crumble, and lime filo pastry.  
- Chocolate frangipane with orange ice cream, orange gel, orange foam, orange confit, and chocolate tuille.
