Actuarial Dinner

Are you interested in working in the actuarial sector? Then join the actuarial dinner of the ECD! During this free three course dinner at de Tuin van de Vier Windstreken you get the chance to talk to three major actuarial companies. You will be able to ask the employers all the questions you have about their work and their company.

The dinner consists of three courses, and for each course, you should indicate your food preferences through the website when subscribing at the latest October 31st.  The choices can be found in the menu below. If you do not make a choice, you will be served the vegetarian option.

This event is open for Dutch-speaking students from Ba3 and up. Selection for this event will be based on CV.

 

 

Appetizers:
(The appetizers are served as a shared dinner on tiered platters)

- Beef carpaccio / Parmesan / pine nuts / truffle mayonnaise / arugula / crispy bacon  
- Warm smoked salmon and Greenland shrimp / cocktail sauce / frisée / toast  
- Avocado toast / poached egg / Parmesan / cress / green herb dressing  

Main Courses:

- Rump steak (200 grams) / green asparagus / pepper sauce  
- Sea bass fillet / salsa verde / green vegetables  
- Penne with pesto and burrata / sun-dried tomatoes / pine nuts / Parmesan / arugula  

Desserts:
- Scroppino / lemon sorbet / prosecco / vodka  
- Mango cheesecake / vanilla ice cream / raspberries  
- Cappuccino chocolate / white and milk chocolate mousse / crumble / cocoa
